This license governs the use of the 3D model and related assets (“the Asset”).
1. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the Asset for personal, educational, or commercial projects, including renders, animations, films, and games.
- Modify, rig, texture, or otherwise adapt the Asset for your own productions.
- Include the Asset in client work or studio projects, provided the Asset itself is not resold or shared.
- Render or export images, videos, or compiled game builds that use the Asset — these outputs may be distributed freely.
2. Restrictions
Unless expressly and directly authorized by the author, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the Asset or its source files (e.g., .blend, .fbx, .obj, textures, rig data), even if modified.
- Include the Asset in any product, collection, or package that competes with 3D model or rig libraries (for example, marketplace items or asset packs).
- Claim the Asset or any of its components as your own creation.
- Use the Asset in any project promoting hate, violence, or discrimination.
- Include the Asset in any game or software where its original 3D files can be extracted or reused by end users.
- Use in compiled or encrypted builds (e.g., Unreal .pak, Unity .bundle, Godot .pck) is allowed.
2.a. AI Usage Restriction
This asset may not be used for training, fine-tuning, or contributing to any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, dataset, or system. The character, design, and associated files are the result of human creativity and artistic intent, and are not authorized for use in technologies that replicate, generate, or mimic artistic work without direct human authorship. Any use of this asset for AI dataset creation, 3D model generation, or automated content synthesis is strictly prohibited.
3. Derivative Works
You may modify or incorporate the Asset into new original works, provided:
- The new work cannot be recognized as or function as a substitute for the original Asset, and
- The new work cannot be extracted or reused as the original 3D asset.
4. Attribution
Attribution is not required, but appreciated when practical:

5. Ownership
The original Asset remains the intellectual property of the author.
Purchasing or downloading the Asset grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it under these terms.
A blend. file containing the character, his rig and materials, his textures, and two scripts to enable the rig's custom UI, all in a ZIP file.
